Powerhouse Escrow Corporation is an Independent Escrow Company which provides escrow services for a diverse range of real estate transactions as a 100% neutral third party.  Powerhouse Escrow is licensed and regulated by the Department of Business Oversight (DBO) which holds us to a higher standard in both experience and trust accounting practices.  Our Escrow Officers are certified, all employees have background investigations, including fingerprinting by the Department of Justice.  Powerhouse Escrow provides additional protection by being licensed and bonded by the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation (EAFC) which provides insurance similar to the coverage provided by the FDIC.  This bonding protects your assets when deposited in a trusted bank.  We proudly uphold the highest ethical standards, gladly share our experience and knowledge, while providing exceptional service.

 Rose Lucero , President, Escrow Manager and Officer -

Rose brings 15 years of escrow experience working on a wide range of transactions.  She is exceptional at providing superior service and ensuring that each and every party involved is informed throughout the process.  She takes the time to communicate and address all concerns and questions.  Rose is an Escrow Officer/Manager with the level of expertise required in today's environment to ensure your transactions are being handled with professionalism, knowledge, and service.  Always with a pleasant attitude, and a smile you can see even over the phone!  Rose is a San Fernando Valley resident.  

Sally Lucero, Senior Escrow/Title Officer -

Sally carries 35 years of experience on her back when it comes to the escrow and title industry. Sally is pioneer of quality service. With her the client comes first. Over the years Sally has proven time over time that her passion for the industry offers an experience to the client that is unparalleled compared to others.

 Gabriela Gonzales, Escrow Officer - 

Gabby brings 9 years of escrow experience working on a wide range of transaction including residential, commercial and bulk sales.  She began her career as an Escrow Assistant and quickly moved into an Officer position.  Her desire to help people and passion for the industry has shined through year after year.  Gabby takes great pride in offering excellent customer service and enjoys working with her clients every step of the way.  Being bilingual brings even more diversity and adds tremendous value.  Gabby's extensive knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude provides a great level of support to the Powerhouse Team. 

 Debora Leiva, Escrow Assistant -

Debbie has been in the Escrow Industry for over 2 years.  Her focus on support and service ensures each transaction flows smoothly through consistent communication and transaction management.  Her desire to provide excellent service brings tremendous value to our Team and our clients' experience.  Debbie has lived in the San Fernando Valley.
